1 General Terms and Definitions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the jetbet platform and all services associated with it. "Platform" refers to jetbet's website, mobile application and related digital services. "Member" refers to a person who has completed registration and opened an account. "Services" refers to sports betting, casino games, fishing games and other entertainment activities available on the platform.

By accessing, registering on, or using any service on the platform, the member is considered to have fully accepted these Terms, the Privacy Policy and any other published rules of the platform. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the platform.

jetbet reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes the member's acceptance of the revised Terms.

2 Membership and Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

Registration on the jetbet platform and participation in all forms of betting and casino activities is permitted only for individuals aged 21 or above. Age will be verified based on the information provided at registration, and identity verification through official documents may be required if needed.

2.2 One Account Policy

Each member may open only one account. Attempting to create multiple accounts is a violation of the platform's terms, and all associated accounts may be suspended or permanently closed. If multiple members of the same household use the same device or internet connection, jetbet must be informed in advance.

2.3 Accuracy of Registration Information

All information provided at registration must be truthful, accurate and complete. If false or misleading information is provided, jetbet has the right to close the account and forfeit any deposited funds. Members must notify the support team immediately of any changes to their name, mobile number or payment details.

2.4 Prohibited Persons

Persons who have previously been banned from the platform for rule violations, or who are enrolled in a self-exclusion programme, may not register a new account.

3 Account Management and Security

3.1 Login and Password

The member is solely responsible for keeping their account secure. Passwords and login credentials must not be shared with any third party. If unauthorised access is suspected, the member must contact jetbet support immediately and change their password.

3.2 Account Verification (KYC)

jetbet may verify a member's identity before processing a withdrawal request, or at any time it deems necessary. This process may require submission of a National ID (NID), passport or other government-issued identification. Failure to cooperate with verification may result in the account being temporarily suspended.

3.3 Account Closure

A member may request account closure at any time. jetbet may also suspend or close an account without notice in cases of rule violations, suspected fraud or other serious reasons.

4 Deposit, Withdrawal and Payment Terms

4.1 Deposit Methods and Minimum Amount

jetbet accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer (such as Dutch-Bangla Bank and BRAC Bank). The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳300. Members must always use a payment account registered in their own name. Transactions from third-party accounts will not be accepted.

4.2 Withdrawal Methods and Minimum Amount

Withdrawals can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Approved withdrawals are generally processed within 1 hour. Large withdrawals may be delayed if account verification has not been completed.

4.3 Security of Funds

Funds deposited by members are held separately from the platform's operational funds. However, jetbet does not provide any banking services and no interest or profit is paid on deposited funds.

5 Bonus and Promotion Terms

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. To withdraw bonus funds, the bonus amount must be wagered 15 times. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,200 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,200, and ৳1,200 × 15 = ৳18,000 must be wagered before withdrawal.

5.2 Other Promotions

Weekly jetbet Recharge Festival, jetbet Slots Fun Bonus, jetbet Birthday Gift, Refer a Friend jetbet Reward and Weekend Cricket Deposit Offer — each promotion has its own wagering terms that members must read before claiming.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

Exploiting the bonus system, claiming bonuses through multiple accounts, or attempting to withdraw bonuses using low-risk strategies will result in the cancellation of the bonus and any associated winnings. A bonus is not cash — it is subject to specific wagering conditions.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 Validity of Bets

All bets will be settled according to the applicable rules. If the outcome of any bet is affected by a technical error, server issue or data inaccuracy, jetbet reserves the right to void or correct that bet.

6.2 Odds Changes

The odds at the time a bet is confirmed will apply. If clearly incorrect odds are offered due to human error or a system fault, jetbet may void the affected bet.

6.3 Cheating and Fraud

If a member attempts to unfairly influence outcomes, participates in match-fixing, or engages in any other form of cheating, the account will be closed immediately and all winnings will be forfeited.

6.4 Technical Issues

jetbet is not liable if any service is temporarily unavailable due to a technical fault on the platform. In the event of a disconnection during an active game or betting session, the data stored on the server will be treated as final.

7 VIP Programme and Cashback

jetbet's VIP programme has three tiers: Bronze, Silver and Gold. Tier placement is based on a member's activity — specific turnover thresholds are not disclosed. Weekly cashback is provided according to tier:

• Bronze: up to 0.5% weekly cashback
• Silver: up to 1.0% weekly cashback
• Gold: up to 1.5% weekly cashback

Cashback is calculated on the basis of weekly net losses (total losses minus total winnings). For example: if a Silver member's net loss in a week is ৳20,000, they will receive ৳20,000 × 1.0% = ৳200 in cashback. Cashback is subject to its own wagering terms, and jetbet reserves the right to modify the VIP programme rules at any time.

8 Prohibited Activities and Code of Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in account closure:

• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds
• Placing bets using automated software, bots or scripts
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorised access to the platform's systems
• Threatening, harassing or spreading false information about other members
• Making transactions using a third party's account or card
• Deliberately exploiting platform vulnerabilities or bugs to gain an unfair advantage

9 Privacy and Data Protection

jetbet treats the security of members' personal information as a top priority. The platform uses SSL encryption and member data is not shared with any unauthorised third parties. 10 Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion

11.2 Dispute Resolution Process

For any dispute relating to a bet or transaction, the member must submit a written description of the incident along with supporting evidence. jetbet will review the matter and provide an initial decision within 7 business days of receipt. In all cases, jetbet's final decision is binding.

12 Limitation of Liability

jetbet is not directly liable for any financial loss a member incurs as a result of betting or gaming on the platform. Use of the platform is at the user's own discretion and risk. jetbet is not liable for service interruptions caused by natural disasters, government restrictions, internet outages or other external factors.

Under no circumstances will jetbet's maximum liability exceed the current balance in the member's account.

13 Miscellaneous Provisions and General Terms

13.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, the Privacy Policy and other published rules together form the entire agreement between jetbet and the member, and supersede any prior oral or written agreements.

13.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect. The unenforceable provision will be interpreted as closely as possible to its intended meaning.

13.3 Notice of Changes to Terms

For significant changes, an effort will be made to notify members in advance via their registered email or through the platform. However, even if such notice is not received, it remains the member's responsibility to check this page regularly.

13.4 Language

These Terms have been prepared in Bengali. In the event of any linguistic ambiguity or dispute, the Bengali version will be considered final.
